  McGean's flexible manufacturing can perform a wide variety of batch reactions, polymerizations and blends. We perform custom manufacturing at three different facilities.

  Our Cleveland, Ohio facility is equipped with stainless steel and glass reactors, blend tanks, and a host of support equipment. The site manufactures over 200 products with volumes ranging from 5,000 - 5,000,000 ppy. We also have extensive laboratory capabilities to perform process development work and perform product QC functions.

  McGean's Livonia, Michigan facility has a wide range of liquid and solids blending capabilities. We have stainless steel and plastic liquid blend tanks as well as stainless steel dry mixers. The Livonia facility manufactures several hundred products with volumes ranging from hundreds to millions of pounds.

  Our Wolverhampton, U.K. factory and warehouse provides custom liquid and dry mix blending for customers in England and the European continent. The facility has stainless steel and plastic liquid blend tanks and stainless steel dry mixers. Wolverhampton is also equipped with automated bagging and small bottle filling equipment.

All facilities are ISO 9001 certified and have extensive laboratory facilities that allow careful monitoring and record keeping. The Wolverhampton facility has ISO 14000 certification.
